07/27/2012 - Baseball Factory National World Series at Pirate City Aaron is a thick/broad 2017 graduate who plays RHP/1B. He has solid arm strength, a quick exchange and he is accurate. On the mound Aaron has good balance/rhythm, he gets good extension with his upper body and he has a good demeanor. He needs to load with his lower half better (especially from the stretch), lengthen/loosen his arm action on the backside and challenge hitters more. As a fielder Aaron displayed active feet, a controlled approach, athletic fielding position, soft/sure hands and solid feeds. He needs to be smoother, fielding the ball out front more, work on picks, and long toss for arm strength. At the plate Aaron showed a load, short/square stride and a level swing path but he needs to point his toes toward the plate in his stance, keep his weight balanced (he is too far back) and use his lower half more. Also he is too early with his stride/load, he needs to get his timing down better. Aaron is great kid, he is very respectful and he works hard. He is very coachable, a good teammate and he has good skills. If he polishes up on the fundamentals and make some adjustments he be successful in the future.
