01/13/2023 - 2023 Baseball Factory Pre-Season All-America Tournament Aaron is an OF in the 2023 class out of Upper Marlboro, MD. In the field, his quick feet and pre-pitch movements are on display. Creates angles with strong drop steps and plays behind the baseball. Arm plays at 84 velo and the release is quick. Working to throw the top of the baseball will help improve accuracy and take advantage of his strong arm. On the mound, he throws downhill and uses his long levers well. His FB topped out at 79 and his ball changes planes. His CB sat 66-7 and has 1-7 shape. Working to incorporate his legs will help add velo. At the plate, he is tall and square in his set-up and his short stride helps him time his separation well. Has bat speed at 87 exit velo and shows line drive production to the middle of the field. Overall, Aaron will help future colleges and be an asset to their program.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
