07/16/2022 - Baseball Factory Los Angeles All Star Experience (Ages 12-14) Aayaan is a class of 2028 SS/RHP prospect that made great improvements from his last event at Pirate City. In the field, he showed very good range laterally. Did a good job of using his hands to field low and out front. Showed very agile feet. At the plate, he showed an advanced approach that focused on driving the ball to the middle of the field. Started in a tall and open stance. Did a good job using his lower throughout the swing. Showed very good barrel control. On the mound, he showed feel for both of his pitches. FB was best pitch with slight cutting actions. Threw all pitches from a good arm slot. Aaayaan is a good prospect that we hope to see again in the future.

11/04/2021 - Baseball Factory Select Training at Pirate City Aayaan is a coachable SS/RHP prospect out of North Wales, PA who worked hard on his skills during the Select Training at Pirate City. In the field, Aayaan fields with a relaxed glove and makes accurate throws across the diamond. Getting into a lower fielding position can help Aayaan field ground balls more efficiently. At the plate, this RHH sets up in a relaxed stance and takes a square stride. He gets into a small load and works through a level swing, spraying the ball to all fields. Aayaan can generate more pop off the barrel by driving his lower half more. On the mound, Aayaan separates his hands on time and works inline toward the plate, finishing with a controlled landing. His fastball tops out at 52mph. Being more controlled gathering to his balance point can help Aayaan improve his pitch command. With seven more years to develop, Aayaan has the time and potential to further build upon his skills on the field.

08/05/2021 - All-In Membership - Plymouth Meeting (Philadelphia), PA Aayaan is a SS/RHP who will graduate high school in 2028. A young/developing player who has plenty of time/room to add strength. At SS, he works to center the baseball. Showed a good crossover step and ability to make routine plays. Throws from a 3/4 arm slot with an arm velocity of 58mph to first base. On the mound, Aayaan works exclusively from the stretch. Simple delivery and keeps eyes on target throughout. He throws his FB for strikes and has a developing sinker. A right-handed hitter, he hits from a tall and even stance. Showed ability to make to all fields with a bat exit velocity of 58mph during his round of BP. With continued growth and development, Aayaan should have a good high school career.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
