12/27/2014 - Under Armour Baseball Factory Recruiting Classic Adam is an exceptionally hard hitting 1B that displayed plus pop at the Under Armour Baseball Factory Recruiting Classic. Offensively, he drove his lower half and worked the barrel on a direct path to generate excellent bat speed. He was quiet with his actions, had good rhythm, and strong plate discipline to offer at his pitches. He had great feel to hit with tremendous feel for the barrel. Defensively, he was aggressive to come get and worked low to field. Better rhythm and timing to field will help him secure the ball with greater fluidity. All in all - Adam is a very strong ball player that has great confidence and presence in the box.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
