07/17/2022 - Baseball Factory Los Angeles All Star Experience (Ages 14-18) Aiden continues to shine in his baseball abilities at the ALL-STAR CLASSIC. At 3B, he displays clean / smooth actions. Feet are active as he displays proper footwork as he works to square ground balls and plays through with his body. Glove action is clean but needs to present more out front. Range will increase as he continues to improve foot quickness. At the plate, he shows an open setup. Hands are quick and work through a level swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach. Power will increase as he utilizes his lower half more efficiently. On the mound, fastball showed a range of 69-71 mph. Stock on the mound will increase as builds more arm strength through a long toss program and develops off speed pitches. Mental makeup is a plus as he is very coachable and works hard to be the best player he can be.

09/19/2021 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Beverly Hills (Detroit), MI Aiden only showed on the mound at the event. On the bump, he shows a sound, repeatable delivery that allow his arm to work well to the plate. Fastball shows a range of 63-65 mph with sinking action. Breaking ball displays 10/4 shape with gradual break. He maintains arm speed on his changeup with sinking action. Stock on the mound will continue to improve as he builds more arm strength through a long toss program.

07/12/2021 - Cape Cod Select Training & Competition (HS) Aiden had a great event at the Cape Cod Training event. At 3B, he displays clean / smooth actions. Feet are active as he displays proper footwork as he works to square ground balls up. Glove action is clean but needs to present more out front. He moves well laterally and utilizes his foot quickness (7.14 60 time) in covering a lot of ground. Throws are accurate but will benefit by building more arm strength through a long toss program. At the plate, he shows a squared setup. Hands are quick and work through a level swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach.

11/12/2020 - Baseball Factory Fall Select Tournament at Pirate City Aiden is a coachable RHP/3B prospect who worked hard on his skills during the Fall Select Tournament at Pirate City. On the mound, Aiden gathers over the rubber and separates his hands on time. He keeps his shoulders inline and finishes with a controlled landing. Aiden shows a two pitch mix with his fastball topping out at 70mph with cutting action. Breaking ball sits from 63-68mph with 10-4 break. Lengthening his arm action can help Aiden improve his pitch command and velocity. In the field, Aiden makes the routine plays and works to make accurate throws to his target. Aiden can field ground balls more efficiently by getting into a more athletic fielding position. At the plate, this RHH sets up in a square stance and takes a controlled stride. He gets into a simple load and drives through well with his lower half. He works through a level swing and produces solid line drives. Getting his stride foot down sooner can help Aiden barrel up more baseballs. With three more years to develop, Aiden has the time and potential to further build upon his skills on the field.

09/04/2020 - HS All-Region Tournament Aiden continues to shine on the diamond. At 3B, he displays smooth / athletic actions. Feet are active as he works around balls and plays through with his body. Glove action is clean but needs to present more out front. Throws are accurate but needs to build more arm strength through a long toss program. At the plate, he shows a closed setup. Hands are and work through a level swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach.

02/17/2020 - National Tryout Plus - Beverly Hills (Detroit), MI Aiden continues to shine on the diamond. In the OF, he utilizes his feet well in taking proper routes / angles in tracking down balls. He works to get behind balls and plays through with momentum to his target. Glove action is clean and presents well out front. Range is a plus as he moves well laterally and covers a lot of ground. At the plate, he shows a squared setup. Hands are quick and work to and through an aggressive swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach. On the mound, fastball showed a range of 65-68 mph. Breaking ball sits from 55-56 mph with 11/5 break. Long tossing to build up his arm strength can help him improve as a pitcher.

11/08/2019 - Baseball Factory Select Training & Competition in Arizona (Ages 14-18) Aiden continues to shine on the diamond. In the OF, he displays smooth actions. He takes proper routes / angles in tracking down balls. He works to get behind balls but needs to play through more with momentum to his target. Range is a plus as he moves well laterally and covers a lot of ground. At the plate, he shows a squared setup. Hands are quick and work through a level swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach. Power will increase as he utilizes his lower half more efficiently. On the mound, fastball showed a range of 62-63 mph with cutting action. Stock on the mound will continue to rise as he builds more arm strength through a long toss program. Mental makeup is a plus as he has a positive attitude, works hard, and is very coachable.

09/22/2019 - National Tryout Plus - Beverly Hills (Detroit), MI Aiden continues to shine on the baseball diamond with improvements in his baseball abilities. He did show on the mound for the first time at the event. Foot speed has improved as he ran his best 60 time to date, now a 7.15 runner. In the OF, defensive abilities have improved as displays clean actions. He takes proper routes / angles in tracking down balls but needs to work more behind to play through with momentum to his target. Range is a plus as he moves well laterally and covers a lot of ground. At the plate, hitting / power potential has improved as well through an open setup. Hands are loose and work through a level swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach. Power will increase as he adds over body strength and utilizes his lower half more efficiently. On the mound, fastball showed a range of 70-71 mph. Breaking ball displays 10/4 shape with gradual break. He through a cutter with tight spin and short break. Stock on the mound will continue to rise as he builds more arm strength through a long toss program.

07/21/2019 - Baseball Factory National World Series at Pirate City - Session 2 (Ages 12-14) Aiden continues to show a promising future on the diamond with his baseball abilities. Behind the plate, feet are active as he works in line through a clean transfer / exchange. Pop times show a range of 2.30 with accuracy on his throws. Times will continue to drop as he continues to build more arm strength through a long toss program and works to get rid of the baseball quicker. He shows a squared setup and receives the ball well. He utilizes his body well through the blocking process but needs to get down sooner to improve grade. At the plate, power potential has improved through an open setup with balance. Hands are quick and work through level swing path. He makes consistent hard contact, showing a feel for the barrel with power showing best to the pull side. Mental makeup is a plus as he has a positive attitude, works hard, and is very coachable.

12/20/2018 - Baseball Factory Winter Classic - Session 1 (Ages 12-14) Aiden is a C/OF prospect who worked hard on his skills during his time at the Winter Classic. Behind the pate, Aiden presents a good target in his primary stance and receives with a quiet glove. He replaces his feet and gains momentum on his throws to 2B, keeping them on the bag with good carry. He moves efficiently to block and tucks his chin well. Making a quicker exchange can help Aiden improve defensively. At the plate, this RHH sets up in a tall stance and works to barrel up the baseball, spraying to all fields. Aiden can improve as a hitter by working a smoother load into his swing. With four more years to develop, Aiden has the time and potential to further progress his skills on the field.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
