09/28/2022 - Arizona Senior Fall Classic (2023) Aleksander is a 2023 OF who showcased his skills at the Arizona Fall Classic. Ran his 60-yard dash in 7.08 seconds. In the OF, he gets good reads on balls off the bat, with efficient feet, and creates good fielding angles. He works to get behind ball and plays through with momentum to his target. He made accurate throws into infield, with momentum towards his target, and an arm velocity up to 84mph. At the plate, he hits from an athletic and even stance with comfortable hands. He starts with a short/square glide step, with a small hand load, and rotates his lower half to contact point. Showed good barrel control as he hit balls into both gaps with a bat exit velocity up to 92mph during BP. During the tournament, he had 2 singles, a walk, and 2 RBI's. With another year of growth and development, we foresee Aleksander having opportunities to play in college.

07/21/2021 - Baseball Factory Southwest Championships 16U Aleksander continues to show as a prospect on the diamond with improvements in his baseball abilities. At 3B, defensive abilities are well above average as he displays smooth / athletic actions. Feet are active as he works around balls and plays through with momentum to his target. Glove action is clean and presents out front. He moves well laterally and utilizes his foot quickness (7.13 60 time) in displaying range. Throws are accurate with carry (82 mph velocity) across the diamond. At the plate, he continues to shine with outstanding hitting abilities with excellent power potential through a squared setup. Hands are quick and work through an aggressive swing path. He has strength (91 mph exit velocity) in his swing and shows a feel for the barrel with power showing best to the pull side. At the event, he was 3 for 9 with 2 2B.

12/11/2020 - Baseball Factory Academic All-American Tournament Aleksander is a strong (6’4 189 lb) 3B prospect in the 2023 class. He shows best at the plate, with a tall/athletic presence in the box. Comfortable hands help initiate an on-plane swing path letting the ball explode off his barrel (87 mph exit velo) to produce hard/consistent gap-to-gap power. At 3B, he has improved foot speed by running his fastest 60 to date. He tracks GB's into his mitt and gathers smoothly with a clean transfer to throw. Krupa is a strong righty who will make an impact with the bat.

09/04/2020 - HS All-Region Tournament Aleksander continues to show improvements in his baseball abilities. Foot speed has improved as he ran his best 60 time to date. At 3B, he displays smooth / athletic actions. Feet are active as he works around balls and plays through with his body. Glove action is clean and presents well out front. Range will increase as he continues to improve foot quickness. Throws are accurate with carry (80 mph velocity) across the diamond. At the plate, he continues to shine, displaying outstanding power potential through an open / athletic setup. Hands are quick (87 mph exit velocity) and work through a level swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields with gap-to-gap pop.

01/17/2020 - Baseball Factory Spring Training in Arizona (Ages 14-18) Aleksander is a tall and lanky 3B that will graduate in 2023. At 3B, Aleksander works hard to create good angles to the ball and works hard to get into a good fielding position. Getting his glove more out in front of his body to field the ball cleaner. His exchanges are clean as he works to throw delivering the ball with strength across the diamond. At the plate, Aleksander sets up in a square stance with low and comfortable hands starting the swing with a small load. He takes a short stride getting his foot down on time keeping his weight centered as he gets the barrel on plane. He uses a solid line drive approach at the plate. Working on using the lower half in all aspects of his game will improve Aleksander’s skills. Aleksander has a great frame to build on and will continue to improve.

11/08/2018 - Baseball Factory Select Training & Competition in Arizona (Ages 12-14) Aleksander is a talented 3B/OF prospect who has a well-rounded game. As a right-handed hitter, Aleksander has a tall, open setup with his weight on his heels. He keeps his head still and has a short, square stride. Aleksander competes in the box and flashes a good bat path. He is a contact type hitter who has the ability to use the whole field. In the field, Aleksander makes the routine plays and works to field the ball in the center of his body. He presents his glove and fields the ball with a stiff glove. He gets good glove extension at times. Aleksander has a long arm action and shows accurate throws across the diamond. Overall, Aleksander has skill on both sides of the ball with potential to get even better.

08/03/2018 - Interactive Video Program - Anchorage, AK Aleksander is a tall 3B/OF prospect who will graduate in 2023. At 3B, Aleksander shows active footwork and centers the ball in the middle of his body. He makes the routine plays and keeps his throws accurate across the diamond. In the OF, Aleksander shows efficient footwork and covers ground well. He gets decent read on fly balls and fields with a firm glove. At the plate, this RHH sets up in a crouched stance and takes a short stride. He is smooth getting into his load and hits from a firm front side in his lower half. He takes a direct swing with fast bat speed which leads to hard contact to all fields. Overall abilities can improve with work on the following.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
