On the mound, he showed athletic actions with a simple/repeatable delivery. He gathers over rubber, with a clean leg lift, and lands square to his target. Separates his hands on-time, with a clean arm stroke, and gets extended out front. He attacks hitters with a FB that topped out at 89mph with good downward action, an 11/5 shaped breaking ball that has swing and miss depth, and a changeup with arm side run that he throws with FB arm speed. In the field, he starts with a good prep step, with good rhythm, and closes distance on batted balls. He fields from a square fielding position with a low funnel. A clean exchange who gets rid of the baseball and throws from a high 3/4 arm slot. Throws were consistent with good momentum towards target and an arm velocity up to 85mph. At the plate, this right-handed hitter hits from an upright and open stance. Keeps his hands inside baseball, with quick hands, and showed ability to barrel up baseball. Showed a direct barrel path as he hit line drives consistently to all fields with a bat exit velocity up to 80mph. During the games, he reached base 4 times with a double and 3 walks. With 2 years of continued growth and development, we see this 2-way prospect making huge strides on the baseball field and having the potential to play at the next level.
