01/12/2018 - 2018 Baseball Factory All-America Pre-Season Rookie Tournament Andrew is a skilled RHP/SS prospect who continued to show well at the All-America Pre-Season Rookie Tournament. On the mound, Andrew shows a repeatable delivery as he gathers over the rubber and separates his hands on time. He works with a loose arm action and extends through on his release, staying inline towards the plate. Andrew shows a three pitch mix with his fastball topping out at 78mph with good arm side run and sinking action. Breaking ball sits from 63-65mph with 10-4 break. Knuckle ball ranges from 60-64mph with good tumbling action. In the field, Andrew shows quick footwork and is very agile ranging to the ball. He gets into a low position and fields the ball out in front of his body. He has a clean exchange and gains momentum well on his throws which allows them to be accurate and on-line to his target. At the plate, this RHH sets up in a tall stance and takes a short stride. He is smooth getting into his load and comes through well with his lower half. He produces fast bat speed through the zone which leads to hard contact and gap to gap pop. Andrew is a talented prospect with upside on the diamond.

09/11/2016 - Interactive Video Program - Fresno, CA Andrew is a SS/RHP who can play the game. At SS, he presents an athletic frame with soft hands. He works well to get around on GB's and makes accurate throws to his target. On the hill, this righty stays balanced throughout his delivery. He uses his lower 1/2 to drive off the rubber as he finishes towards home plate. With the bat, Andrew is a line drive hitter. He creates pop in his barrel as he drives balls from gap to gap. Overall abilities in his game will improve with work on the following.

Defense
1.	Lateral quickness
2.	Quick exchange to throw
3.	Arm strength
Pitching
1.	Finish in line to target
2.	Shorten stride with CB
3.	Maintain arm speed
Offense
1.	Stay inside ball
2.	More rhythm
3.	Bat speed

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
