08/16/2022 - 2022 Baseball Factory All-America Game powered by Under Armour Andrew has the ingredients that it seems every organization is looking for - he can hit...and hit for power from the left side while offering the versatility to play several spots well defensively. He has a track record of producing against good pitching and his LH stroke has no wasted movement, making a very efficient and quick move to contact. He generates big bat speed in a short window and has the ability to drive the ball to all parts of the park with flashes of big raw power. He uses the present strength from his proportioned 6'3" frame very well. Defensively, Andrew has proven that he has the range and arm to play all 3 OF spots and can jump in and play 1B as well. Overall, this is an impact bat that will continue to do damage at higher levels and should garner a lot of attention this spring.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
