10/27/2013 - College PREP - Stillwater (Minneapolis), MN Anthony is a long, 2-way player who hits from the left side. At 2nd base, Anthony has playable hands and feet, and he presents his glove well. He gets in a good ready position, keeps the ball in front of his body, and he throws with a free arm action across the diamond. Quicker feet, fielding further out front, and added arm strength will help defense get better. On the mound, Anthony has a free arm action, proper separation, and he works in good rhythm. He mixes his pitches well, gets good momentum toward the plate, and he competes in the zone. Pitching can improve with a more still head, better rotation, and added velocity. Offensively, Anthony has a balanced approach, an upright stance, and loose actions. He has good hand-eye coordination and makes solid contact. More lower 1/2, a better stance, and improved extension through the ball will spike hitting.
