01/15/2016 - Baseball Factory National Spring Training at Pirate City Anthony displayed great intangibles and his best ability to date at the Baseball Factory National Spring Training at Pirate City. Offensively, he hit from a square stance with good balance, and was very selective with knowledge of the strike zone. He delivered the barrel down to contact on a direct path and rotated his core to help create whip. During cage rotations, he implemented drills to get his hands more activated and began hitting with a more relaxed upper half - allowing for greater bat speed and pop. Defensively in the OF, he moved to the baseball well and worked from the ground up to field. In the infield, he also worked from the ground up and showed a clean exchange with an ability to throw from multiple arm slots. Continued work to get low and get his hands further in front will increase fielding percentage and overall ability. Overall - Anthony is a very passionate ball player that has time on his side (2019) to grow and develop.
