11/06/2016 - College PREP - Tampa, FL Anthony is a strong, switch hitting C and 3B, who will graduate in 2017. Behind the dish, he showed a very impressive arm, with a low pop time of 1.94. Feet worked quickly to get down and block balls in the dirt, as he kept a low chin/chest. Framing skills were also a plus, as he maintained a still body and firm wrist. At 3rd base, movements were very fluid, as he worked around each ball athletically then got his hips low to field cleanly. Arm works well for 3rd base as well (88 mph raw velocity). At the plate, he showed the ability to pick the ball up early, as his stride/load were consistently on time from both sides of the plate. Swing was very aggressive, as he exploded his hips after contact, resulting in power to both gaps. Overall, Anthony has a great baseball frame and shows all the skills necessary to compete at the next level at multiple positions.
