01/15/2021 - 2021 Baseball Factory Rookie Pre-Season All-America Tournament Versatility and Athleticism sum up 2024 's Benny Bikar and his performance at our Rookie Pre-Season All America Tournament. Advanced at his primary position, Shortstop, with quick and efficient footwork, plus range, excellent glove technique and a quick and accurate arm. Bikar also showed very well in the Outfield for some fill in innings defining that he can play all over the diamond. Athletic on the mound as well, he threw 3 scoreless innings, lead by a good FB (75mph) with arm side run that was very hard to square up. Mixes in a CB (63mph) with a quick, clean arm and good balance in his delivery. At the plate he is a match up nightmare as he hits well from both sides with similar set ups and swing feel. Keeps his hands inside the ball after a balanced, well sequenced approach to the hitting zone and can drive the ball to all fields. Reached base safely in 5 of his 8 plate appearances (2 H, 3 BBs, 0Ks) showcased his discipline at the plate. There is a lot to like about Benny Bikar, Jr. (2024).

07/13/2020 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Daytona Beach, FL Beny is an athletic switching hitting SS who graduates in 2024. Defensively, he has active prep, moves well on the balls of his feet and creates angles around the GB. He funnels smoothly and has the ability to throw from multiple arm slots. With the bat, he shows slightly more natural as a RHH. He shows a tall/open stance with rhythm to load. Swing is short/direct to and the zone as he connects and hits line-drives to all parts of the field. Beny is a skilled SS prospect who has a bright future ahead of him in the game.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
