Foot speed is below average as he must get on a speed / agility program to improve foot quickness for the next level. At 3B, feet are active but needs to be more aggressive in coming to get and playing through with his body. Hands are clean and he gets rid of the ball quickly with throws. Arm strength is well below average as he must get on a long toss program to aid in further developing more carry. Behind the plate, pop times show a range of 2.45-2.63 with throws showing accuracy. Receiving and blocking skills are below average, needing further development to be quality tools at the next level. Offensively, Lovorn shows a balanced approach and makes consistent contact. He has some mechanical flaws that are hindering him from reaching his full potential with grades improving quickly with instruction and adjustments. Brandon has abilities with a lot of room to improve.
