04/14/2019 - National Tryout Plus - Bellevue (Seattle), WA Brennon is an athletic, wirey outfielder that shows the tools to be a everyday player. Offensively, Brennon has an athletic and smooth swing. He has fast bat speed with good extension creating power, driving balls back up the middle and to the backside. In the outfield, Brennon gets into an athletic stance with great footwork and shows off the range to cover gap to gap. He has a quick, clean release that has carry and is online to the bag. Brennon shows that he has a feel for the game and continues to develop on both sides of the field. With two years to develop this outfielders future looks bright.

10/04/2017 - Arizona Sophomore Fall Classic Brennon's tall, athletic frame has the look of a solid ballplayer and his tools don't disappoint as he shows the ability to do it all on the field. At the plate, this athletic righty looks to do damage. He uses a strong lower half to generate fast bat speed and whip the barrel through the zone. He works directly to the ball to make consistent, hard contact and spraying line-drives all over the field. In the outfield, his athleticism and quick feet allow him to cover a lot of ground and run balls down in the gaps. He works behind the ball and has a very strong arm to throw seeds on a line into his target. Brennon is a stud all-around player who makes every team he's on better.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
