09/05/2021 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Wappinger Falls, NY Bryan is a OF/2B who will graduate in 2022. In the OF, he takes proper routes/angles in tracking balls down. He works to get behind balls and plays through with momentum to his target. He moves well laterally with range improving as he increases foot quickness. At 2B, he displays smooth/fluid actions. Feet are aggressive as he works around but needs to play through balls more with his body. Glove action is clean but needs to present more out front. Throws are accurate but needs to build more arm strength through a long toss program. At the plate, he shows an open setup. Hands are quick (85 mph exit velocity) and work through an aggressive swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach. Power will increase as he utilizes his lower half more efficiently. Bryan has potential with time and room to progress his game.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
