07/27/2018 - Baseball Factory National World Series at Pirate City - Session 1 (Ages 14-18) Bryant continues to show improvements in his baseball abilities and he has a promising future on the diamond. Foot speed has improved as he ran his best 60 time to date, now a 7.38 runner. At 3B, defensive abilities have improved as he displays smooth fluid actions. Feet are aggressive as he attacks balls and plays through with his body. Glove action is soft and presents well out front. Range is a plus as he moves well laterally and covers a lot of ground. Hands / feet work well together as he gets rid of the baseball quickly with accuracy and zip (85 mph velocity) on his throws. At the plate, power potential are now well above average through an athletic setup. Hands are quick (87 mph exit velocity) and work through an aggressive swing path. He stays inside the ball utilizing all fields and has strength in his swing with gap-to-gap pop. Mental makeup may be his best tool as he plays the game the right way.
