06/18/2021 - Baseball Factory All-State Tournament (HS) Bryant is an athletic 2B prospect who showed well during the All-State Tournament. In the field, Bryant shows active footwork and is agile moving to the ball. He gets into an athletic position and fields the ball out in front of his body. His exchange is clean and he gains ground well on his throws, keeping them on-line through his target. At the plate, this RHH shows an advanced approach through an athletic setup. He is smooth to load and drives through well with his lower half. He works through a direct swing with fast bat speed, leading to loud line drives and gap to gap power. Overall, Bryant is a talented prospect who has the skill set to make an impact at the next level.

05/29/2021 - 2021 BF National Florida Showcase Bryant is electric on the field and he showed it again at the Baseball Factory Florida Showcase. He ran a 6.48 in the 60 and his quick-twitch fiber is evident in all that he does. He generates big bat speed thanks to quick hands and he does it with fluidity. We saw lots of barrels in BP where he registered an exit velocity of 102 mph, and he took some good passes with hard contact in game play. As a defender Bryant shows some flair at SS where he is a confident infielder with good hands and very quick glove-to-hand exchange. He has big arm strength as well allowing him to go into the hole and complete the most difficult play for a SS to make. There is a lot to like here, and Bryant will be a prospect that attracts a lot of attention in the next year.

01/15/2021 - 2021 Baseball Factory Pre-Season All-America Tournament (FL) Bryant is an athletic/projectable (6'0"/175) MIF who looks the part and is fun to watch. This talented prospect if fun to watch as he has tools that will put him on the radar. Blazing speed of an event best 60 yard dash in 6.21 is very impressive and should garner him attention on that tool alone. Defensively, he works fluidly right to left lightly on the balls of his feet. Hands are soft as he gets the ball in and out with ease - firing strong/accurate throws with backspin across the diamond. At the plate, Bryant stands in tall with active/loose hands. He takes an absolute hack, squaring the ball up and driving it to all parts of the field with power. He is out of the box and down the 1B line, putting pressure on the defense to make the plays. This 2022 grad is an exciting prospect who you'll want to keep an eye on in this only his junior season.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
