08/11/2019 - National Tryout Plus - Wilmington, DE
Bryce lowered 60 time to 7.5 seconds, raised arm velocity to 63 MPH, and raised exit velocity to 66 MPH during his last workout with The Factory. He is an athletic OF with active feet, he covers ground well, and fields squarely. He tracks the ball well, plays through, and throws with direction to his cut off man. Offensively, Bryce stands in squarely, he tracks to contact, and hits well to the opposite field. He swings on plane and uses some lower body.
11/16/2017 - Baseball Factory Select Training & Competition at Pirate City (Ages 12-14)
Bryce is an athletic 2022 OF/2B prospect. Bryce is a competitor and lead by example with his play in the OF. He is very coachable and made several adjustments over the weekend at Pirate City. In the OF, Bryce is very vocal and communicates well on balls in the gap. He tracks the ball off the bat and takes good angles on the ball. Working behind the ball will help Bryce to get into a strong throwing position. Bryce has an athletic stance and gets his stride foot down on time. He stays balanced through contact and hits to all fields. Attacking the inside part of the ball and getting extension thru contact will allow him to stay on plane. Continuing to use backside will allow him to create hard contact on the ball. Continuing his strength and agility program will elevate this player's game. Bryce will continue to improve with experience and we hope to see his progress in the future.
