11/01/2020 - All-In Membership - Frisco (DFW), TX Bryson is a RHP/1B prospect who will graduate in 2024. On the mound, Bryson shows a two pitch mix with his fastball topping out at 73mph. Breaking ball sits from 52-54mph with 10-4 break. Gathering to a balance point over the rubber can help Bryson be more controlled throughout his delivery. In the field, Bryson fields the ball out in front of his body and has a clean exchange, working to keep his throws accurate to his target. Bryson can field ground balls more efficiently by getting into a lower fielding position. At the plate, this RHH sets up in a tall stance and takes his stride on time. He leads with his lower half and gets good extension through the ball, producing consistent contact. Maintaining center balance can help Bryson have more control over his swing. With four more years to develop, Bryson has the time and potential to further progress his skills on the field.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.
