Omaha National World Series - Session 1 (Ages 14-18)
Bryson showed his best 60 time to date and improved defensive skills during his time in Omaha. His 60 time was clocked at 6.70. Defensively, his footwork is quick, he moves with agility to the ball, and he fields in a square position. He has a quick 1st step, makes plays consistently, and has a clean exchange with momentum toward his target. Offensively, Bryson tracks the ball well, he has a short/square stride, and good balance. He swings on-plane, makes consistent contact, and uses his lower body. Bryson hustles all the time and is very coachable. We look forward to seeing what the future holds.

Bryson is an OF who will graduate in 2019. Foot speed is outstanding as indicated by his 60 time of 6.96. In the OF, he displays smooth/clean actions. He utilizes his feet well in tracking down balls through proper routes/angles. He needs to work to get behind balls and play through with momentum to his target. Range is a plus as he moves well laterally and covers a lot of ground. Throws are accurate but will benefit by building more arm strength through a long toss program. At the plate, he shows a squared setup. Hands are loose and work through an aggressive approach. He makes consistent contact through a line drive approach. Power will increase as he utilizes his lower half more efficiently. Bryson has abilities with time and room to progress his game.
