09/08/2019 - Interactive Video Program - Fresno, CA Caesar is a young, 2-way player who pitches and plays SS. On the mound, Caesar has good balance and a clean arm circle. He keeps his eyes on target, gets good extension toward home plate, and he uses his lower body. At SS, Caesar has good pre-pitch actions, he keeps the ball in front of his body, and his exchange is clean; with good direction across the diamond. Offensively, Caesar has a tall stance, he loads well, and works the middle of the field. He swings on plane and makes level contact. Caesar can improve overall skills with work on the following.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
