11/12/2017 - Interactive Video Program - Wildomar (Los Angeles), CA Caleb is a 1B/RHP who will graduate in 2022. Defensively at 1B, he hustles hard and tries to work into a square fielding position on GB's. He comes up with a clean exchange and makes accurate throws to his target. On the hill, this RHP gathers over the rubber with a 3-pitch mix. He delivers from a hi 3/4 arm slot and looks to fill up the zone with strikes. With the stick, Caleb gets back into a balanced load. He gets good extension and hits the ball on a line drive. Overall abilities in his game will improve with work on the following.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
