12/20/2019 - Baseball Factory Christmas Camp & Tournament at Pirate City - Session 1 (Ages 14-18) Cameron is a coachable C/OF prospect who worked hard on his skills during the Christmas Camp & Tournament at Pirate City. Behind the plate, Cameron sits in a low stance and receives with a strong glove. He makes a clean exchange and gains momentum well on his throws, keeping them accurate to the 2B bag. He moves to block on time and creates good angles around the ball. Long tossing to build up his arm strength can help Cameron improve defensively. At the plate, this RHH sets up in a square stance and takes a centered stride. He is fluid getting into a simple load and gets good extension through the ball. He shows strong barrel control as hips and hands work well together, leading to solid line drives. Cameron can improve as a hitter by remaining centered in his lower half. Overall, Cameron is a solid prospect who has the potential to further develop his skills on the field.
