07/29/2015 - Baseball Factory National World Series at Pirate City - Session 1 Chandler showed strength as a R/L LHP/OF at the Baseball Factory National World Series at Pirate City. The southpaw threw his FB from 80-84 with late action, spun a 1/7 CB with flashes of depth from 68-71, and spun a CH from 74-75. He competed well with poise and repeated his delivery with a good tempo and rhythm. Defensively in the OF, he made the routine plays with ease, as he got good reads off the bat. He was sure with the glove to field and threw with a clean arm stroke. He needs to continue working through the ball for more momentum to boost carry and add eventual life to his targets. Offensively, he controlled the barrel well and used all fields. He flashed pull side pop and worked on staying compact more consistently. In all - Chandler is a very respectful young man that listens and incorporates coaching, and helps teams win.
