06/21/2014 - Omaha National World Series - Session 2 Christian showed well at the Omaha National World Series. Offensively, he showed plus hit ability with his barrel accuracy, rhythm, and balance. He had a good idea at the plate and was strong through contact. He worked to stay short to the ball and has the potential to be a very good hitter at the next level. Defensively, he was efficient with his feet and controlled with his body to make plays with sure hands. He showed excellent throwing mechanics and threw on-line to his targets. On the mound, he threw two pitches with some control and clean arm action. He had solid mound presence and looked the part. Currently, Christian projects best as a 3B at the next level with an ability to pick it and hit for pop.
