Kim only showed in the OF where he continues to show improvements in his baseball abilities. Foot speed has improved as he ran his best 60 time to date, now an above average runner at 7.20. In the OF, defensive grades are now outstanding, displaying smooth / athletic actions. He utilizes his quick / athletic feet well in taking proper routes / angles in tracking down balls and works to get behind balls playing through well with momentum to his target and show plus range as he covers a lot of ground. Throws are accurate, flashing carry as he gets rid of the baseball quickly but needs to build more arm strength through a long toss program. At the plate, hitting and power grades have improved as well through an athletic / balanced setup. Hands are quick, flashing bat speed and work to stay inside the ball, utilizing all fields. Power numbers will continue to improve as he learns to keep hands through the ball more at contact, creating extension.
