05/12/2019 - Interactive Video Program - Lakewood (Denver), CO Christian worked out at SS and on the mound, and showed nice improvements in his game. He increased radar velocity to 68 MPH, as well as defensive grades. In the INF, Christian has active feet, a quick 1st step, and he fields the ball squarely. He uses 2 hands, works around the ball, and throws with momentum and consistency to his target. On the mound, this RHP has a quick arm action, on time separation, and he finishes with good direction toward his target. At the plate, Christian has a tall stance, he loads well, and his head stays on the ball. He hits with a strong top hand and hits hard to the pull side. Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
