Christopher continues to shine with his skills. Offensively, he will be a run producer with his ability to square the ball up consistently and drive it. He utilizes his lower 1/2 well and drives the ball. Behind the dish, he sits in well with flexion. He is fundamentally sound and moves with athletic actions. At 2B, he moves swiftly from right to left as he fields the ball cleanly. He shows plus lateral range and can make the tough plays the average INF cannot. Christoper's skill-set will bring success on the diamond.

Chris continues to work hard on the diamond. Behind the dish, he has quick footwork and works in-line, getting the ball down to 2B is as low as 1.98. He gets around pitches in the dirt and centers them off of his chest. Offensively, Leavitt remains balanced with a solid base. He has good strike zone awareness and is selective. He puts the ball in play consistently, putting pressure on the defense. Chris is a gamer who should find success this upcoming season.

Chris is a solid, athletic, 2-way player who catches and plays 2nd base. Behind the plate, Chris has firm hands, quick feet, and he fields in an athletic position. He blocks well, has good direction, and he throws with carry and accuracy from a short arm action. Catching can improve by not stabbing, a lower target, and with added arm strength. At 2nd base, Chris has soft hands, active feet, and he moves well laterally. He plays through and has accuracy to his target. Playing more low to high can help defense in the INF improve. Offensively, Chris has an athletic set-up, he tracks the ball well, and his balance is solid. He makes contact, he can spray to all fields, and he gets his lower 1/2 through. Hitting can improve with more load and added bat speed.
