01/12/2018 - 2018 Baseball Factory All-America Pre-Season Rookie Tournament
Christopher is a hardworking and talented 2-way prospect. At the hot corner, Christopher has an athletic set up and has a quick first step to the ball. He presents a low/early glove and works from the ground up. At the plate, Christopher stays balanced through contact and attacks the ball with his lower half. He keeps a quiet head and whips the barrel to contact. He is compact and drives the ball to all fields. On the bump, Christopher gathers over the rubber, separates on time and has good tempo in his delivery. He stays balanced and works downhill. Christopher will continue to improve with experience and we hope to see his progress in the future.

Christopher is a stud, 3B/RHP with a strong arm. Defensively at 3B, he takes a prep step with active footwork and works into an athletic fielding position on GB's. He has a quick exchange and makes strong throws across the infield. On the mound, this righty gathers over the rubber with a 3-pitch mix. He fills up the zone with strikes as he delivers from a 3/4 arm slot with loose arm action and finishes strong towards home plate. With the stick, Christopher has smooth rhythm to a load. He whips his barrel fast on a direct path through the zone and drives pitches with power from gap to gap. Overall abilities in his game will improve with work on the following.
1. Lateral range
2. Develop soft hands
3. Smooth backhand
1. Same arm slot with CB
2. Work downhill
3. Use more lower 1/2
2. Let the ball travel
3. Lower 1/2 drive
