01/15/2018 - College PREP - Auburndale (Tampa Bay), FL Christopher is an athletic 2020 SS prospect. At SS, Christopher has an active prep step and shows range to the ball. He has a clean exchange and makes accurate throws to the bases. At the plate, Christopher starts in a squared stance and loads his hands back into the drive position. He keeps a quiet head and has a short/compact swing to the ball. Christopher will continue to improve with experience and we hope to see his progress in the future.

The Class Rating is designed to help players identify the level(s) of college baseball at which they have potential to be recruited, and to help schools and coaches identify players that have potential to be recruits for them.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "present" abilities (tools), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year, using the scale below. However, grades 10-18 are not available for use with High School players (ages 14-18), while grades 55-70 are not available for use with Pre High School players (ages 12-14). These instances are marked as "--- N/A ---" in the "Description" fields below.
