09/06/2015 - College PREP - San Francisco, CA Clark is a tall, lean two-way player graduating in 2017. On the bump, Clark throws from the 3/4 arm slot with clean, loose arm action. He works downhill with his tall frame and mixes in 3 different pitches to keep the hitters off balance. Velo (77-80) will improve with added arm strength and use of his lower 1/2. In the OF, Clark shows a mature feel by playing through ground balls and throwing with accuracy. He is aggressive to the ball and with continued work on keeping the head still as he tracks and takes better angles; he will be able to track down balls quicker and more efficiently. At the plate, this LHH hits from a square stance with rhythm in his hands and lower 1/2. He stays inside the ball with strong hands that produce whip. He sprays to all fields and with use of his lower 1/2 more and added overall strength, he will be a threat in any lineup. Clark is young and with the tools he has already, will see a bright future in between the lines.
