01/18/2019 - 2019 Under Armour All-America Pre-Season Tournament Cole is a strong 1B prospect who showcased his skills at the Under Armour All-America Pre-Season Tournament. In the field, Cole shows an athletic ready position and flashes good range to his glove side. He gets in position on time and makes the routine plays, while also making strong throws to his target. At the plate is where this RHH shines, setting up in a tall stance with loose hands. He is controlled getting into a simple load and hits against a strong front side. He takes a smooth swing with plus bat speed, leading to loud contact and big gap to gap power. Cole made his presence felt during gameplay, driving a home run over the LF wall in his first at bat. Overall, Cole is a talented prospect who will be one to follow going into his junior season.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
