Collin is a young, athletic RHP/OF with a great frame. On the mound, he shows an effective three pitch mix. He gets on top of his fastball well and gets extension through his finish. His CB has gradual break but had some tight spin. His CH has some arm side run and he keeps it down in the zone. He will need to focus on having a longer and cleaner arm action to develop on the mound. This should help him be more consistent with all three pitches and especially help the development of his off-speed stuff. Defensively, he does a good job of getting behind fly balls and gaining ground towards his target on throws from the OF. Collin also showed good arm strength firing the ball into his target's chest. He will need to continue to work on getting better jumps off the bat and creating better routes/angles. Offensively, he displays solid power and good extension through the baseball. He connects and drives the ball with pop to all parts of the field. He will need to work on creating more rhythm and syncing his upper body with his lower half. With his skills and projectable frame he should catch the eye of college coaches as he continues to develop.
