Foot speed has improved as he ran his best 60 time to date, now a well above average runner at 7.16. Defensive abilities in the MIF are now outstanding as he displays quick, athletic actions. Feet are aggressive in his lateral movements, showing plus range with a solid backhand. Glove action is soft / sure and presents well out front. He shows off his athletic abilities on his feeds / turn of the double play. He did show at 1B for the first time at the event, also displaying outstanding abilities. He displays proper footwork around the bag and is a quality receiver. Hands are a plus as he consistently showed the abilities to pick balls out of the dirt. Arm strength has improved as he threw his top velocity to date at 88 mph with throws displaying life, accuracy and on line carry to his target. At the plate, hitting / power potential has improved through an athletic setup. Hands are quick (82 mph exit velocity) and work through an aggressive swing path, creating extension. He shows a feel for the barrel and has strength in his swing with gap-to-gap pop.
