12/27/2013 - Baseball Factory Winter Classic
Connor is a very talented young player who works hard and showed a true passion for playing the game. As an infielder he displayed good body control, footwork, fields out front, and plays through well. Connor can improve by increasing his lateral quickness and continue to polish infield skills. On the mound he gathers well and has good arm action but he needs to time separation better, control balance point and finish pitches. At the plate Connor was very impressive. He showed good balance, bat speed, swing path and barrel accuracy. He can improve by continuing to polish skills and keeping elbow down so the upper body is relaxed/loose and quick.
