He showed behind the plate and at 3B for the first time at the event. Foot speed has improved as he ran his best 60 time to date. Behind the plate, he threw his lowest pop time to date at 1.94. Feet are active as he gains ground and works in line to his target as he gets rid of the baseball quickly. He will control the running game with his feet / arm. Receiving / blocking skills show as outstanding tools that will play well at the next level. At 3B, he displays smooth / fluid actions. He moves well laterally, displaying range. Hands / feet work well together through fielding process, showing a sure glove. At the plate, he shows an aggressive approach and a feel for the barrel. Hands are quick (89 mph bat speed) and work to and through a level swing path, creating extension. Barrel accuracy is a plus with the baseball exploding off the bat when centered, mainly to the pull side.
