12/20/2019 - Baseball Factory Christmas Camp & Tournament at Pirate City - Session 1 (Ages 14-18) Connor continues to show improvements in his baseball abilities and has the makings of a special type player. Foot speed has improved as he ran his best 60 time to date. At 3B, he displays smooth / athletic actions. Feet are active and plays through balls with his body. Glove action is firm and presents well out front. Range will increase as he continues to improve foot quickness. Hands / feet work well together as he gets rid of the baseball quickly with zip on his throws across the diamond. At the plate, power potential is now outstanding through an athletic setup. Hands are quick (87 mph exit velocity) and work through an aggressive swing path. He works to keep hands inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach. Mental makeup is a plus as he is very coachable and works hard to be the best player he can be. Connor was MVP of the event. He is one to watch.
