10/25/2009 - College PREP - Kentfield (San Francisco), CA Connor is a young OF with a tall, athletic, and thin frame that shows projection as he continues to physically mature, filling out. Foot speed is above average as indicated by his 6.94 60 time as he uses his quick feet well in tracking down balls in the OF. He needs to be more aggressive in taking proper routes / angles in working to get behind balls to play through with momentum to his target, currently drifts. Defensive abilities and arm strength are near average as he will benefit by getting on a strict long toss program to aid in further developing more arm strength with carry on throws. At the plate, Radlo has average abilities with above average power. He takes a hack through a level swing path with the baseball jumping off his bat when centered. He has some mechanical flaws that are hindering him from reaching his full potential with grades improving with instruction and adjustments at the plate with potential to really hit with power. With 2 years to further develop, Connor has potential to be a solid player if he continues to improve.
