12/27/2023 - Baseball Factory Recruiting Classic Connor is a tall 2025 OF who showcased his talents at the BF Recruiting Classic. In the outfield, he starts from a relaxed position, has active feet, and is agile. He makes good reads and works behind the ball. He has a 2-hand exchange and uses good momentum towards his target. He throws from a ¾ arm slot had a raw velocity of 77 mph. At the plate, Connor starts from a tall stance, has loose hands, and simple load. He has a good swing path and great barrel control. He had a line drive approach and did a good job of hitting the top half of the baseball. During the games, he had several hard outs and 2 hits as well (single and triple). With a year of continued growth and development, we believe that Connor will continue to become a great player on the field.

10/29/2023 - National Showcase - San Marcos (San Diego), CA Connor is a tall (6ft 2/170) and athletic OF in the 2025 class. In the field he shows quick feet (7.10 runner) and agility in his routes. Gains an athletic fielding position and the ball stick to his pocket. His catch to throw actions are quick and he obtains a loose high 3 qtr. slot. He can control the free 90’s on the path with a strong accurate arm. At the plate, he makes hard contact from a fast and direct bat. Generates line drive power by displaying a quiet head and excellent balance. Overall, scouts feel Connor has the skills to compete at the next level.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
