07/31/2019 - Baseball Factory National World Series at Pirate City - Session 2 (Ages 14-18) Craig is a coachable C/2B prospect who worked hard on his skills during the National World Series at Pirate City. Behind the plate, Craig sits in an athletic stance and receives well. He creates a good spine angle when blocking and keeps the ball in the middle of his body. Making a quicker exchange can help Craig improve defensively. At the plate, this RHH sets up in a square stance with his hands held high. He takes a square stride and remains centered in his lower half. He takes a level swing with decent bat speed, leading to solid contact to all fields. Craig can improve as a hitter by working a smoother load into his swing. Overall, Craig is a developing prospect who has the potential to further progress his skills on the field.
