Foot speed has improved as he ran his best 60 time to date. Pop times have improved as he threw his lowest time to date at 2.09. He gets rid of the baseball quickly with accuracy and zip (86 mph velocity) to his throws. Receiving / blocking skills are solid as he shows off his athletic abilities. He communicates well behind the plate and shows good leadership traits. At the plate, he continues to shine as he now displays outstanding power potential. He has fluid rhythm while getting good hand separation. Barrel is whipped (85 mph exit velocity) through the zone as he connects with pop. Power shows best to the pull side. At the event, he was 3 for 7 with a 2B. Mental makeup is a plus as he is very coachable and is a solid team player. A talented prospect, he will make things happen both behind the dish as well as with the bat.
