07/17/2018 - Baseball Factory National World Series at Pirate City - Session 1 (Ages 12-14) Dante is a talented RHP/1B prospect who has a tall, projectable build. On the mound, Dante has fluid mechanics and works downhill. He has a balanced, on-time delivery throwing from a high 3/4 arm slot. He has a quick, clean arm action and extends through his release. He stays tall on his backside and effectively uses his front side. Dante stays square to home plate with a proper stride length and a controlled landing. He does a nice job finishing with his chest over his front knee. Dante features a 12-6 o'clock breaking ball with tight spin. In the field, Dante plays with an aggressive approach and attacks the baseball. He presents his glove and fields the ball in a square position. Dante has a clean exchange leading into a long arm action throwing from an over the top arm slot. He plays with good momentum through the baseball showing accurate, strong throws across the diamond. Offensively, Dante has a tall, square stance with a centered balance. He has smooth rhythm with a good load and short, on-time stride as he partially uses his lower half. Dante has a direct, on-plane swing path producing square contact. He has good pitch selection and grinds out ABs. Dante is a contact type hitter who has the ability to use all fields. Overall, Dante is a versatile prospect who has skill on both sides of the ball.
