08/16/2022 - 2022 Baseball Factory All-America Game powered by Under Armour Eric continued to show in Kansas City why he is one of the top prospects in the 2023 class. His left-handed stroke flashed easy power in the workout and he had quality game at bats that included a hit and RBI. While he may ultimately end up at 3B, Eric has the ability to play multiple positions well, and he showed good feet, agility and body control throughout the Baseball Factory All-America Game workouts and game. One of the youngest players in the class, it is easy to envision him hitting in the middle of the order at the highest level down the road.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
