Breaking ball shows 11/5 shape with early break- 58-61 mph. Split finger shows good sinking action. He commands the zone and can spot up on all 3-pitches. Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.
