Additional Video Highlights
Eric is a strike throwing machine. We saw him in a live bullpen session and he filled up the zone with all three pitchers. He has a great pitchers body at 6'4 185. Everything is downhill, spots his FB to both sides of the plate, CB has some depth with good spin and CH can be thrown to both sides of the plate. There is more velo to come, right now he is an easy 84-86. He is a fantastic kid and grades are in order. He will be a great addition to whatever program that lands him.

Erik is a 6'3/165 lbs RHP that will graduate in 2015. On the bump, he throws three pitches; 84-86 MPH FB, arm side run CH 67-68 MPH, and a 12/6 CB. Mechanically, he gathers over the rubber, separates on time, and works on a downhill plane. He has a lot of potential within his frame - and should implement a throwing program to increase velocity. Erik's strong focus for the season should be perfecting his CH so he can command the pitch in the zone. A long term goal of Erik's should be working with his CB, staying on top and maintaining his fastball arm speed. In the box, he swings with good rhythm and a direct barrel. He utilizes his hands and hips and generates good bat speed. In all - with such a projectable frame, and present ability, Erik is a very attractive prospect for next level play.
