Ethan is a hard working player who brings good energy to the field each day. As a fielder he has an aggressive approach, fields out front and takes good angles. He can improve by working on lateral quickness/agility, continue to work on forehand/backhand and long toss for arm strength. At the plate Ethan displayed an aggressive approach and very good discipline. Also he showed active hands, good balance and lower half works. He needs to keep feet still, stay inside the ball (middle/opposite field approach) and adjust timing. Ethan showed a good feel for the game and the ability to make adjustments, which will serve him well in the future.
