D'Agostino showed similar abilities as we had previously seen at Team One Northeast and still shows as a solid player at the next level. Arm strength has improved slightly as he displays life, accuracy, and on line carry on his throws across the diamond. Feet are quick / active as he displays proper footwork around bag and is a quality receiver. His hands are soft / clean / sure as he presents out front. At the plate, Frank shows a balanced, solid setup and quick hands that generate outstanding bat speed. He has strength in his swing with the baseball exploding off his bat when centered. He will hit and hit with power at the next level.

Frank showed solid improvements during his time at Team One. He lowered his 60 time from 7.17 to 6.91 and is now a Class 3 1st baseman / OF. Defensively, Frank has quick feet, soft hands, and good footwork around the bag. He has athletic actions, he is a solid receiver, and he gets rid of the ball quickly and accurately to his target. At the plate, Frank has quick hands, good bat speed and good barrel accuracy. He tracks the ball well, it jumps off of his bat, and he makes good use of his lower 1/2.
03/13/2011 - College PREP - Hightstown, NJ
Frank is a young, left handed hitting OF, with a thick, solid build. Defensively, Frank has active feet, playable hands, and he moves to the baseball well. He stays behind the ball, fields the ball in an athletic position, and has a clean echange. Frank has a long arm action and he throws with good consistency to his target. More aggressiveness to the ball and a quicker exchange will help defensive grades get better. Offensively, Frank has an open stance, proper load, and a short / square stride. He has very good bat speed, he makes hard / consistent contact, and he uses his lower 1/2 well. Frank is short to the ball, his swing is level, and he has power in his bat. If Frank can get better extension, solid offensive grades can get even better. At 6'3, 210 pounds, Frank has good athletic indicators in his 60 time (7.13 seconds) and arm strength (83 mph). With the way he swings the bat, he will definitely be a solid addition to a college program and can likely play some 1B if needed, as well as OF.
