01/17/2020 - 2020 Under Armour All-America Pre-Season Tournament Frankie is an athletic and talented 2020 1B prospect. At 1B, Frankie is on time with his prep step, starts in a relaxed fielding position, and he makes the routine play. At the plate, Frankie starts in a squared stance, has a simple load, and gets on plane with the baseball. He rotates his backside and makes hard contact to the pull side. Frankie will continue to improve with experience and we hope to see his progress in the future.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
