01/18/2013 - 2013 Under Armour All-America Pre-Season Tournament Ramirez improved his 60 yard dash time by over two tenths of a second, down from 7.25 to 7.01 at this event. His feet were active in the OF, and his arm worked with looseness. His throws were mostly accurate and had some carry to the target. At the plate, he showed a short stroke and did a good job of working back up the middle. His hands worked well, and give him a chance to hit as he develops the rest of his action around them. He tended to lack any load of his hands, and his stride landed slightly open and heavy to the front side. This restricted lower half action, and robbed him of bat speed. Overall, an athletic and talented all around player with room to develop further both with the glove and the bat.
